Intention
Hi there! My name is Hayley, and I am so honored to be invited along on your healing journey. My passion in life is providing a safe and uplifting space for others to feel seen, validated, and encouraged to fulfill their life purpose! I truly believe that we need to heal the root in order to change the fruit in our life so that we can better hear our soul's calling & walk in the light. Education
I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology (Marriage Family Therapy) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my BA in Broadcast Journalism from Chapman University. I currently work as a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate and as an Inner Healing Life Coach. I am also certified as a Somatic EMDR Practitioner and as a Christian Life Coach. In my free time, I study Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, EFT tapping, and how we as people can rewire our subconscious to achieve holistic healing. As always, I bring the best of my knowledge and meet you exactly where you need to be met so that you have a tailored mind, body, and spirit experience during our time together!
Experience
I have worked as a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate and Inner Healing Life Coach for over 5 years now. It is important to note that although during our time together I will likely be working as your Coach, I have acquired many tools over the years that will help you attain the desired results that you seek. I consider it an honor to embark on this journey with you.
